Fresh Gulf seafood is certainly a trademark of the region, so enjoy the signature fare in your choice of settings. In addition to the sumptuous seafood, try the many cuisine choices such as barbecue, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, steaks and South American.

There will be something for everyone with favorites like Joe’s Crab Shack, Landry’s Seafood House, The Cadillac Bar, The Crab House, The Aquarium Restaurant, The Flying Dutchman, Saltgrass Steakhouse, and Babin’s Seafood House. So don’t just come stay, come play!
Shopping
The area’s shopping options span from clusters of cottage shops selling handmade crafts to modern shopping malls filled with popular stores. The Kemah Lighthouse District and Kemah Boardwalk (only 7 miles away) boast many retail specialty shops.
You may opt to stroll lazily under the shady canopies of centuries-old Live Oak trees in the Historic District of League City (just 12 miles away) where many of the shops are in historical buildings.
Just up the road, on I-45, you’ll find one of the Houston areas leading shopping centers, Baybrook Mall as well as the new Tanger Outlet Mall on I-45 heading South.
If you feel like staying “home” after a long day of shopping, pick up some fresh seafood from one of Seabrook’s many fish markets. We recommend Rose’s Seafood. Bring it back to the resort and grill out!
